    Please contact us for prices on your lab faucets and lab fixtures.

    Gas supply lines may need to be in iron pipe, check your local code requirements.

    You should be able to shut services at each bench independently.
    Be sure the shut off valves are accessible.
    BE SURE THERE IS SIGNAGE "SHUT "GAS" VALVE HERE"

    Lab gooseneck faucets that have a serrated hose end must have a vacuum breaker.
    If you have a glasswashers or dishwasher you should have a counter mount Air-Gaps or wall VB.
    Fixtures can be clear coated, colored or have special protective finishes.
    An Eye Wash and Shower Station should be within 25 foot of any work area where chemicals are used.
    Lab electrical fittings come Single face or double faced Lab electrical pedestals.
    Lab Power strips or pedastals are not to be located within 36 inches of a sink.
    Lab lighting should be located so you are not working in your shadow, this is a safety matter.
    Lighting should be over the bench not just over walkways.

    Safety Fixture - Non Metal

    An example of our special fixtures is our Teflon eyewash and hose

    Eyewash unit can handle harsh or very corrosive conditions.
    This eyewash is perfect for labs that can have no metal.
    Eyewash unit is light weight, durable, comfortable and complys with a simple stay open feature.

    Replacement Faucet Parts:

    Lab Goosenecks Spout 6" or 8" or 12"
    Lab Mixing faucets with and without vacuum breakers
    Swing or Ridged lab Spout Replacements
    Wrist blade handles are preferred over standard knobs, and are ADA
    Most faucet accessories can be added or retrofit. Do you know brand, and model?
    Gas, Air, Vacuum lab turrets and key cocks come panel or deck mount
    Turrets require shanks and nuts
    (counter thickness determines length of shank required.)
    Epoxy Color Coated Fixtures are often specified, but do show water spots.
    Epoxy Coated fixtures have the disadvantage of chip and maring, in addition to show hard water stains.
    Standard Finish can be clear coated less cost and shows less water and chemical stains
    Special Lab Combination Turrets - 90 degree, 45 degree, 180 degree
    Deck or Wall Mount Drench Hose Units
    Low splash spout end, Lab Rose bud spout end replaces serrated hose ends
    Aspirator End
    Eyewash for faucet mount is a nice retrofit, but cannot be used for compliance.
    Non metal eyewash units - Handheld Teflon with six foot hose end shown above.

    Fits 2" bung in metal flammable or acid bases vents into hood infront or behind baffle.
