BD Cabinets, Inc. Product & Installation Warranty Laboratory Interiors or BD Cabinets, Inc. fabricated or manufactured products are warranted for a period of twelve months from date of shipment, that under normal conditions of use and service, said product will be free of material defects. BD Cabinets, Inc. and or Laboratory Interiors makes no other express or implied representation or warranty regarding product, whether as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose of use, or any other matter. Specifically, there is assumed no responsibility for improper usage or failure of the product because of faulty or an unqualified by manufacturer installation contractor or design change by the installer or by owner. In the event the product fails to conform to the warranty above, Laboratory Interiors or BD Cabinets, Inc. may, at their option, furnish the purchaser with another product, or refund the purchase price paid for the product, or repair product. Neither BD Cabinets, Inc. nor Laboratory Interiors will bear any other expense, such as labor costs of any kind, or shipping or freight costs, and the purchaser's exclusive remedy, in lieu of all incidental, special, or consequential damages, including in case of negligence, is limited to a refund or the furnishing of another product or repair as described above. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply. No representative or agent has authority to change or modify this warranty in any respect, nor to assume any other obligation or liability on the part of BD Cabinets, Inc. or Laboratory Interiors. Components parts not manufactured by BD Cabinets, Inc. or Laboratory Interiors, product will carry warranty of the manufacturer. Any warranty is void if abuse, misuse, or dynamic behavior of materials specified is not appropriate to application.

Products are designed for interior use, constant control of humidity and temperature is necessary, any other condition is unacceptable for storage or the installation or daily function and warranty is void.

Products supplied not fabricated by BD Cabinets, Inc. or Laboratory Interiors or RA Rodgers carry the warranty of the manufacturer, that said warranty passes to purchaser without use and no liability or responsibility for those products are part of this, our warranty. Warranty cards are supplied by the manufacturers, and filling out and sending or returning and receiving confirmation is the responsibility of the buyer. If a warranty card or certificate of warranty is not received, the buyer must notify BD Cabinets, Inc. or Laboratory Interiors within ten days from date of delivery so that we can require the manufacturer to send and to acknowledge purchaser or buyers ownership or claim.

Our installer carrys an installation certificate, sign, and keep a copy (pink) for proof of certified lab installation and date of installation for warranty. If you do not receive a copy, contact us and we will send an electronic certificate.
