If you need energy savings consider a fume hood upgrade that improve safety and air flow we can help with a bright smooth coatings or new liner. By adding by-pass block to your hood you can restrict or limit air flow providing savings without compromising safety. This change saves the cost of exhausting tempered air and a minor field modifiication by adding a baffle may save even more.

When we started in 1981, we built cabinets for dams and fisheries as B D Cabinets. Before specializing in laboratory cabinetry, we provided casework for prison use; which requires special construction, industrial hardware along with features not required by any other cabinetry. Our cabinet fabrications then and now include specialties like chemguard(resists acids & scuffing), chemical resistant(chemsurf), laminated plywood, fire rated and or marine plywood laminations, industrial board & strawboard core. Our industrial grade casework exceeds AWI 400 and standard laboratory grades. We can assist with industrial and lab specialities specifications.
